For purposes of making campaign contributions any corporation using a tax inversion be considered a foreign national.

Created by R.T. on August 12, 2014

As the citizens united decision states that corporations are technically people that by the act of using a tax inversion they are waiving their citizenship, and should be treated as a foreign national for purposes of trade and campaign contributions. As foreign nationals, who do not have resident alien status, are not allowed to contribute to political campaigns; any corporation that wishes to use a tax inversion to become the resident of another country for tax purposes shall be ineligible to contribute to any political campaign, Political Action Committee or so called Superpacs.
