The Obama administration should face congressional investigation and criminal charges for violating the law by releasing the terrorists dubbed the 'Taliban 5' from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba without the required 30 day advanced Congressional notification. The Obama administration has openly admitted they ignored the law. They have claimed unconstitutionality, a video showing Bowe Bergdahl (the service man received in exchange for the released terrorists) in poor health, and most recently (as of 6/5/14) a threat to Bergdahl's life as reasons for breaking said law. None of those reasons change the fact that the 30 advanced Congressional notice of Gitmo prisoner releases is, as the administration is so fond of stating in other cases, "the law of the land". Start the investigation immediately!
