Pursue by all means available the apprehension, arrest, prosecution and conviction of Edward Snowden for Treason.

Edward Snowden, an employee of Booz Allen Hamilton,which was contracted by the National Security Agency, was granted a Security Clearance by the United States Government where he took a solemn oath of allegiance to the United States and, under penalty of law, swore to protect and not to divulge classified information which was the property of the United States Government. On or about June 6, 2013, Edward Snowden violated that oath by disclosing to unauthorized persons of foreign nationality classified information which he had electronically copied and removed from Government premises without authorization. Edward Snowden subsequently sought political asylum from the governments of China and the Russian Republic . He continues to divulge classified information to foreign entities.
