Pursue the charge of Civil Rights Violation against Mr. Zimmerman. That he knowingly denied Mr. Martin's Civil rights.

The basis is that Mr. Zimmerman overstepped his duties as a Neighborhood watch patrolman. Does a person have the right to claim "Stand your Ground" when Mr. Zimmerman instigated the pursuit of Mr. Martin? Did he have the right to detain or deny Mr. Martin the pursuit of life, liberty or justice?
