Pursue criminal charges against Congressman Michael Grimm (R-NY) for threatening another person with bodily injury.

Created by D.B. on January 31, 2014

On January 28, 2014, U.S. Representative Michael Grimm (R-NY) - while in the House chamber but not while the House was in session - was caught on camera threatening to throw a person over a balcony, and to break him in half.

We the People maintain that, were Mr. Grimm's actions taken by an ordinary citizen within the Capitol, authorities would take immediate action to enforce the law. As a government "of the people, by the people and for the people," members of Congress deserve the same treatment and consequences under the law.
