This petition seeks to convince the president to pursue criminal charges with real consequences (jail time) against the CEOs, board members, and majority stock holders of corporations that have demonstratively harmed living things or the environment through their actions or inaction. Examples of this would include companies such as Freedom Industries, Monsanto, BP, and any number of other companies with similar or dissimilar actions that negatively impact the Earth and those who live on it. If, as the Supreme Court has ruled, corporations are people they should be held to the same stand as private citizens.
