The Facebook video (URL:

) that triggered riots in many Muslim countries during the week of September 9, 2012 was patently inflamatory. The creators and distributors of this video, including those who subsequently dubbed it into Arabic, should be held responsible. Criminal charges up to and including the following should be pursued against them:
1. Incitement to riot.
2. Neglegent homocide (or possibly even manslaughter) in the deaths on September 9th, 2012 of the Libyan ambassador and three other Consular officials.
3. Criminal and Civil claims against these individuals should be made for the cost of all repairs to all State Department facilities (i.e. Embassies, Consular offices, etc.) damaged in the resulting riots.
