Pursue the death penalty in the case against Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother (deceased) plotted and executed the terrorist attack at the 2013 Boston Marathon killing 3 and wounding almost 200 others. Several days later they murdered a heroic police officer and wounded others attempting to apprehend them, indiscriminately firing weapons and throwing explosives. They purposely and recklessly endangered the lives of thousands of innocent people. He does not deserve to be fed and housed for the rest of his life (probably 60 plus years) when he has taken the lives of 4 innocent people, all under the age of 30 (including an 8 year old child), who had their whole lives ahead of them.
