Pursue investigation of California school districts' officials found to have "misspent" millions in cafeteria funds.

That, in response to the recent California State Senate Office of Oversight and Outcomes Report of Feb. 6, 2013, detailing the diversion of $170 million in student meal funds by several California school districts for purposes other than providing fresh meals to underpriviledged students, the federal governement pursue thorough and robust investigations and, where necessary, prosecutions, of each and every official and employee of Report's named school districts suspected in participation in this unconscionable theft from the mouths of our children with a view to maximally "disincentivizing" any such further bureaucratic abuse.
