Conflict has plagued humanity for millennia.
Violence, irrational behavior and hate have become the norm throughout our country and most of the world.
Given this reality, it would seem a wise investment to train people from Kindergarten through the University level methods to resolve conflict, diplomatically assert oneself and gain control of emotions via anger mgmt strategies.
Imagine if each year of school required that these skills be taught and renewed. Imagine how society could be changed if a majority of our population was so well versed in these concepts that it was akin to them knowing reading, writing and arithmetic..
Skills that promote civilized behavior should be compulsory as well as, a National Priority.
