Pursue the prosecution of Edward Snowden to the fullest extent of the law for compromising the security of America.

This petition seeks to encourage the Obama administration to prosecute Edward Snowden for violating the contract he signed to protect the security of our nation by keeping safe the classified information entrusted to him in the performance of his duties.
His claim that he and his co-workers were given the capability to violate the privacy of US citizens without court-approved authority does not establish basis for claiming that this capability represents a violation of constitutional protections.
At best his actions are based on concerns that are naive. At worst, his acts are treasonous, cloaked in the pretension of protecting civil liberties.
Our civil and private government workers cannot hold themselves above the law, when doubting lawful actions of government.
