The IRS used key words such as "Tea Party" and "Patriot" to single out conservative groups for additional auditing in 2012. They also engaged in illegal and inappropriate requests of information from these groups. Currently the IRS claims that the decisions were made by low level employes. The White House and the Department of Justice should launch a full investigation and ensure that those responsible for attempting to obstruct the democratic process are tried and jailed if found guilty.
