pursue prosecution of Leslie McSpadden for inciting a riot in Ferguson, Missouri

Created by M.S. on November 26, 2014

A criminal investigation should be started immediately into the actions of Leslie McSpadden, the step-father of the late Michael Brown, who was caught on film stating, "I want you to burn this bitch down!" repeatedly, after hearing the news that a jury of his peers declined to indict officer Darren Wilson in the death of his step-son. By encouraging the riots, he is directly responsible for hundreds of thousands of dollars of property damage, as well as a party to dozens of crimes ranging from burglary and vandalism to assault and arson. Furthermore, it should be brought before a federal grand jury so as to determine whether or not to charge him under RICO for instigating a violent crime spree that has gripped the city of Ferguson, Missouri for three days and counting.
