Pursue sanctions on the Ethiopian government due to the deaths of 100+ protesters in the Oromia and Amhara regions

Over the week of August 8th, 2016, almost 100 people have been killed by the Ethiopian government's regime. The protesters were peaceful and the Ethiopian government has continuously violated their human rights. In order to stump this disgusting action from escalating any further, it is within the interest of the U.N. and of the Ethiopian people to implement sanctions upon the current regime in Ethiopia. The United States should not be supportive of nations that degrade their own people.
