Push 3 state solution for Israel, Palestine and Jerusalem.

Create a Palestinian state at 1967 boarder with no right of return. People will become the citizen of the newly drawn land with no dual citizenship unless enacted by governments after formation. Third state would cover holy sites of Jerusalem. It would be governed by a senate of six people, appointed by three each from Israel and Palestine. Day-to-day stewardship of Muslim holy sites will be administered by the appointed Israeli members and the Jewish holy sites will be administered by the Palestinian appointees.
