The recent events in Newtown have demonstrated our country is in desperate need of stronger gun control laws. As long as the Second Amendment is in place, any efforts to pass reasonable gun control laws will be doomed to failure. Please lobby Congress to pass an amendment abolishing the Second Amendment. As long as the Second Amendment remains in effect, we are guaranteed future tragedies like those that took place in Newtown.
