Push asian countries to prohibit the killing of sharks for their fins.

Created by M.L. on January 29, 2014

Roughly 100 million sharks are killed every year; that's 10,000 per hour. A great majority of sharks are killed by the Japanese, who will catch a shark and then cut off their fins, using them in their popular "shark fin soup". Sharks are an important part of the ocean ecosystem. Since they are a top predator, if they go extinct, the entire food chain will suffer from the impact. Please help in the effort to save the shark population.
