The United States continually and chronically spends more than it takes in, resulting in huge deficits and soaring national debts that threaten the future of the United States. The best solution is to make it law that the Congress must pass a balanced budget every year. It is a moral responsibility and putting into law is paramount in our efforts to reign in spending and set us on sound fiscal footing.
