Most child support laws are antiquated and are used against Non-custodial Fathers by the courts and judges to further punish them for no reason. They do not help in the support of children only in forcing monies from the Fathers. The Mothers have to be made to support their children as well, not just emotionally but financially! Fathers are made out to be the bad person, and are not given the opportunity to provide for their children in a equal and fair manner. This only perpetuates the stereotype that most fathers are "deadbeats", and this must stop! We need equal rights to our children, both in custody and in financial support!
