Push Congress to create a Marriage Reform Bill that urges States to legalize gay marriage.

The U.S. Declaration of Independence takes John Locke's three basic human rights. These rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If the United States denies these rights to the LGBT community, it makes the U.S. look hypocritical. Not only is the denying of basic human rights illegal, it also goes against what the United States of America stands for, freedom.
