Education has always been the corner stone of socio-economic development. The United States is currently ranked 23rd amoung the worlds industrialized nations. Higher education needs to be available to all US citizens to advance technological innovation. Germany recently passed a law granting free tuition into their national colleges to American citizens. The world is taking advantage of our inadequate education system and is stealing the smarts right out of the US for their own monetary gain. Increase the availability and effectiveness of our education system and we will start to see the other major issues of our time disappear into the past.
