Responsible Americans and responsible businesses are expected to balance their budgets every year.
If a person / business runs too much debt up they are expected to alter their path in order to get back to fiscal solvency.
Why should our highest representation exempt this bare minimum standard of civic responsibility expected of all citizens and businesses for the US Government (our representation)?
