This Amendment seems to violate aspects of the Second amendment. Also there is now Video Evidence that clearly shows that the Amendment failed to gain motion in the Committee. But when sent to the Senate The F.O.P.A had the amendment attached to it Anyway. Therefor this Amendment should have never been signed into law in the first place. And very rarely was there a recording of the misuse of civilian owned Automatic Firearms.
