push CONGRESS like a slave driving a whip to build ENTERPRISE(JOBS)

Maybe we should build the ENTERPRISE....it would create a lot of jobs and research into the field of particle and subatomic physics. CERN has some equipment we can use. Engineers say we can do it...Y cant we come together as people to accomplish something and promote GENE RODDENBERRY's ideals in the 1st place? So what, its a TRILLION $...maybe we can ask for help from above..NASA needs the boost. So, who are my select 1000 Astronauts? Plank OWNERS? ONE thing we know is shipbuilding is good work. Or maybe didnt notice that in SAND DIEGO?
