push for a Congressional "Trigger Law" and a Presidential "Trigger Law".

Since this administration is so focused on "education reform" (which is another term for privatizing K-12 education), and since this administration and its Department of Education supports the "parent trigger laws" in California and Florida, I would like this President to push for a Congressional Trigger Law and a Presidential Trigger Law that would function much like the Parent Trigger Laws in those two states: if more than 50% of the American voting public votes to oust the President and/or Congress, then American gets to vote for a new President and/or Congress.
