push Cong/States to a new Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that all Supreme Ct. Justices now/future must retire at 65

Many Justices serve long past good health or good sense out of a sense of history. Their salaries should be increased and if they retire their salaries should be directly proportional to time served, If they were appointed at twentyfive and serve 30 years that would issue a max retirement. Other Justices would earn a retirement in proportion to time served.
