Push for a constitutional amendment allowing the people of a Congressional or Senatorial district the ability to recall

Created by J.C. on October 27, 2011

Allow the people of a congressional or senatorial district the right to recall that representative when said representative refuses to follow the wishes of his constituents, refuses to legislate for political gains, or bad behavior. Examples: votes in favor of the big lobbyist instead of his constituents, refuses to cooperate or work with members of another party either for political gain or to stalemate legislation from moving forward in the best interest of the country, or behaves in an illegal or immoral manner
