Congress was never intended to be a job, it was a duty that was meant to be served and then to move on. Congress is now ineffective with this current system. Everyone only cares about getting reelected not working for the people. Just as with the presidency a two term limit per house needs to be installed in congress. This may help remind them that they serve all of the people not just their party. We need a new constitutional amendment installing this.
