Push for the creation of a constitutional amendment guaranteeing American citizens have a right to privacy.

Created by R.B. on August 10, 2013

In disturbing news of late, the federal government's spy operations have included illegal and unconstitutional acts against US citizens.

The Fourth Amendment is supposed to protect against unlawful search and seizure. After Barack Obama sign the National Defense Authorization Act into law, this right to give us legal protection was narrowed further finishing the job the Patriot Act started.

As American citizens we can all now be, wire tapped, strip searched, detained indefinitely, potentially be killed in drone attacks, have property seized, and electronic communications both domestic and abroad intercepted, all without trial or a warrant.

I am calling for constitutional protection against these spy operations without a warrant.
