Push the department of education to make policy that no public school can refuse the right to use the restroom.

The restroom is not a privilege but a right. While many may abuse this right, it is our right even at school. Teachers and principals use this as a punishment for everyone when only some abuse their right. As everyone knows, public schools have to follow the constitutional rights of an American as long as it doesn't pose a safety risk. The refusal to use the restroom IS a safety risk, violates human rights, and civil rights. Students shouldn't have to go through tedious lengths to do something that's in Human nature. Please put into policy that all public school may not bar a student from using the restroom.
