The administration should push for a fair and balanced budget. The government should budget the spending based on the IRS income of 5 years prior of the scheduling budget year. The government can NOT spend more than what was taken in. The debt the government is in should be paid of as quickly as possible. If congress does not pass a budget that meets these minimums at any time during their term, they forfeit the right to run for office next election period.
