The Obama administration has been sitting on I-601A waiver for too long. i like many other immigration offices need this waiver completed. we have clients who need this waiver because they have no idea how the culture of the birth country works, a lot of them have been here since they were kids and are returning home to their countries in order to proceed, they are leaving their families here and it is breaking other families up.
