We would perhaps like to stress population control particularly in the overcrowded developing countries. Perhaps some foreign aid may be made contingent upon population control measures passed and implemented by the regional authorities + U.N. Perhaps the goal ought to be Quality of Life and overcoming over crowding, and consequently poverty and suffering.
Goal: every citizen of earth must have ~400 square miles verdant , fertile land that has 100% snow cover for min. 3 months per annum + a home + transportation + food (the necessities and amenities). All this for life (non transferable and reserved before birth) .
How: by population implosion perhaps (one child policy combined with external wombs).
