leap frog the lack of any real tax proposal coming from Congress or opposition party. Ask for legislation to end current income tax system and replace it with a flat tax system that will be the same rate for all Americans regardless of income. No credits, exemptions or write offs for anyone. Congress will be able to set the rate and thereby set the budget.
