Push for the Impeachment of Antonin Scalia over his intent to not enforce the US Constitution's "Establishment Clause".

Created by B.W. on September 09, 2013

The Huffington Post recently relayed a story by the Houston Chronicle on a speaking event given by Antonin Scalia, a Supreme Court Justice; at the Lanier Theological Library in Houston. At this speaking event Antonin Scalia made the following remarks as relayed by the Huffington Post about the 1st Amendment:

"The most disreputable area of our law is the establishment clause," he said, responding to a question about "the greatest miscarriage of constitutional justice" during his tenure. "A violation of the establishment clause that does not affect someone's free exercise -- there is no reason why you should have standing."

This kind of opinion casts an undeniable doubt on Scalia's intent to enforce the US Constitution as required by Article VI of the same document. Please seek his removal
