The approval rating of the United States Congress is appalling. Even this week President Obama cited closed door communication with Republicans concerned about voicing their opinion due to upcoming voting and party lines. This is not an isolated Republican or Democratic party problem, this is a Congressional issue that needs resolving. The American people overwhelmingly support term limits for members of Congress. WE the American people owe our children and grandchildren a functioning legislature devoted to improving Americans lives. Push Congress to impose term limits so they can perform the job the people elected them to do, not start running for re-election when they arrive in DC.
