Created by T.S. on January 26, 2014

Studies suggest that later school starting times improve teens moods therefore also improving their grades and general productivity throughout the day. Many teens are suffering from sleep deprivation due to the early starting times of schools. A study published in the journal of development & behavioral pediatrics, states that when the starting time of school is just 25 minutes later, the number of students that had gotten at least eight hours of sleep the night before school, increased by 26 percent.
