The purpose of this law is to shorten all subsequent law so that congress voting on the law can read the entire law for themselves. This would make it much harder to hide pork throughout a law.
Funds should be given to help small businesses, but those funds should be obvious, and not hidden in a 20,000 page document where no one can find the verbiage to question the funds.
How long is the constitution? Have you read it?
How long is the Bill of Rights? Have you read it?
Is there any document that has passed through congress as important as these two documents? Why are those laws so short, comprehensible, and any law written today has so many hidden loop holes that congress votes no knowing what they have passed.
