Push for legislation making it illegal for anyone who is not a Citizen to receive Unearned Social Welfare Benefits.

As a part of any Immigration reform, push for the congress to make it illegal for any person not a citizen or national of the United States to receive any Unearned Social Welfare Benefits (SSI, AFDC, SNAP, Section-8 Housing & Medicaid), to include children born to individuals who are illegally in the United States. Current laws say that it is illegal for illegal aliens to receive said benefits, but many states refuse to determine the difference between legal immigrants and illegal aliens, and then the question of expectant mothers coming to the United States, with the sole purpose of giving birth to attain citizenship rights is resulting in many receiving said benefits in violation of U.S. Code. With this, only Citizens or nationals of the United states will be eligible to receive such.
