push for legislation that repeals the law that caps the social security taxable income at only 110,000.

Created by L.A. on January 06, 2013

Ever since the Reagan Administration capped social security at only taxing the first 110.000 dollars and allowed the federal goverment to borrow from social security to make up for budget short falls. The income disparity allows for the top earners in our nation to pay the tax on a small portion of their income while pulling benefits on the full income earned. this creates more stress on the system that this country can't afford to support if they don't contribute their full income while they also work.
