Pick a major city and urge the mass public transportation to swap from conventional motors to electric vehicles or hybrids. Then we can study the impact of going green in a controlled enviroment. This would in theory kick start the electric vehicle movement even further. Perhaps the change in mass public transportation would create a surge in production or research and development with in the major vehicle companies.
