Push for a military strike against Guantanamo, Cuba for their violations of the Geneva Convention. Carve a firm red line

I propose we launch a military intervention against Guantanamo, Cuba for their violations of the Geneva Conventions on treatment of prisoners of war. America as a leader of nations must set an example to others that continue to commit human rights violations that there is a clear red line at torture. Although our last two wars were somewhat ineffective and founded in bad intelligence this is different. There is clear and undeniable evil taking place and it is our duty to rectify this, even if we must go in alone.
