push for the Money to go with the child, not the school!

For too many years our federal government has pushed our tax money(in form of grant - in - aid) to be sent to the state governments for education. When they do this, it only helps in the function of the schools, not the children. If we push our governments to use our tax money in a way that goes toward individual children, then the schools will start competing. Competing by hiring the best teachers(who hopefully will be pushed to be knowledgeable of mental/social disabilities), who push more for learning instead of testing scores, and push for the success of each child(no matter how large the classroom.) The more we ignore this problem, the more our children lose in the long run.
