Push for a National Gun Registry and unwind all previous legislation to limit future study of Gun Violence.

Whereas past lobbying (by the NRA) has made it difficult or impossible to fund studies about gun violence we need to unwind all legislatively created limits to studying gun violence. In order to facilitate further study we need a national registry of gun ownership to begin to understand the path firearms take on their way to committing crimes or deaths. The registry would not restrict, in and of itself, the ownership of any specific weapon.
