In a single page document, repeal of the Gramm Leach Bliley Act of 1999, Congress can reinstate the 1933 Banking Act (the Second Glass Steagall Act) which would restore sanity and stability to the US Commercial Banking Industry by separating commercial banks and investment banks. This action would be more immediate and have more impact than Frank-Dodd.
