push school hours back so student can get more sleep

Created by S.D. on September 17, 2013

In order for students to develop better tests results, they need to function fully. To do so, students need more hours of sleep. Statistics show, “Most teens need about 8½ to more than 9 hours of sleep each night. Getting the right amount of sleep is essential for anyone who wants to do well on a test or play sports without stumbling.” If school starts later in the day, students can be more prepared and well rested.
