While treading upon this Earth as living creatures, WE THE PEOPLE recognize the God-given rights of all, according to the mandates set by our Constitution.
However, we do not offer the same securities to the DECEASED and their FAMILIES. This lack of security has become ever more apparent with the recent phenomena of individuals picketing funeral processions of certain US Citizens, both Civilian and Military.
All individuals, unless convicted of treason or executed by the state, must be granted the right to a PEACEFUL and UNTAINTED funeral procession.
It is a shame to US when the world's most wanted terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, receives a more respectful funeral procession than (alleged homosexual) US soldiers who assisted (indirectly or otherwise) to his capture and execution.
