Push through a ban on assault weapons and other related products involved in mass shootings in the US

I am requesting legislative initiatives for the following:
*Non--law-enforcement/military personnel should not have access to assault weapons or multiple clip ammunition
*High School system mental health services must provide screening for mental illnesses and for the potential for violence; and include funding for evaluation, management, and treatment of people who are identified as needing help;
*Public universities must provide screening for mental illness and potential for violence; and must provide or arrange for the provision of further evaluation, management, and treatment of people identified as needing help;
*Funding be made available for expanded community mental health/community service board services, to include evaluation, management, and treatment of those persons identified
