Put $1 in a jar for every empty promise or lie told by any member of the administration and donate to the poor and needy

I would like to suggest that each and every member of the Obama administration puts $1 in a collection jar for every lie and empty promise that is told by this administration. I would also like to suggest that this money gets donated back to the poor and the needy. We may need to find a VERY large jar!
