Put 100,000,000 dollars in accounts in the name of every citizen over fifty allowing them to collect a year's interest.

Created by S.M. on January 30, 2014

Delay expenditure of tax dollars a year by depositing one hundred million dollars into pension bank accounts in the name of each citizen of fifty years or older for a single year allowing each account to earn one year of interest. Some of the initial funds would then be directed into the next generation of persons turning fifty while the remainder of funds would advance into budget expenditure. This delay would allow the eradication of existing pension funding methods Without the loss of budget funding.
